Cancelling Bookings

Cancel before the 48-hour cutoff for a 50% refund of captured online payments.

  1. Find the booking under My Bookings
  2. Click Cancel
  3. Confirm your reason

Online customer cancellation closes 48 hours before the tour date in Albania time. Contact us after that cutoff.

Booking Process

After booking you'll receive:

  • Confirmation email
  • Profile notifications
  • Pre-tour reminders
  • Post-tour feedback request

Payments

We accept the payment methods shown for each tour. A group reservation payment is retained if the minimum is not reached; any additional captured online payment is returned. Operator cancellations refund all captured online payments.

Vjosa Points

Earn points with every booking. Use them for discounts on future tours. 100 pts = €1 discount. Points never expire.

Your Rights

Rights: access your data, cancel bookings, be informed, and privacy protection.

Responsibilities: accurate info, timely payment, respect for guides & environment.
